What are the Payment options/procedure for Online Shopping?

You may browse through the available products and add to your shopping cart. You may use our payment gateway in order to complete the transaction or you can do IMPS or NEFT as per details given below. What is your Return/ Replacement Policy?

In case you receive a product that is damaged, it will be replaced within 48 hours at no extra-charges or if you wish to be refunded the amount due, the same will be carried out within the next 5 working days. Product should be in the exact same condition as it was at the time of delivery, There should be no tampering of package or price tag. Once we have received the product, in case of refund, the amount due will be refunded to your THS Wallet within the next 5 working days. In case you desire to return a product because you decide you do not require it anymore, please note that the product is eligible for return only if it is non-perishable. Is there a Minimum Order requirement for the online shopping option?

A minimum cart value of Rs. 200 is required to be eligible for online shopping and door delivery.

What measures have you taken to ensure goods are delivered in good condition?

We ensure that we only store products that are well within their expiry period. Products are packaged in such a way to lock in the freshness and nutritional value. Products delivered to your home are as fresh as the ones available in our store. Delivery Slots are allocated to perishable goods not merely based on availability but also by taking into account the products ability to withstand transportation. Storage containers in our Delivery Trucks are capable of maintaining the freshness of perishable goods and our Delivery Executives handle every order with extreme care.

Do you cater to customers outside of Chennai?

Non-perishable items are available to customers outside of Chennai. Please enter your pincode at the time of ordering online, to check if our services are extended to your area and to find out how long it will take for the goods to arrive at your doorstep. You will be charged extra for shipping. Online Payment through web or NEFT / IMPS to the Bank account are the available modes of payment.

Do you accept orders over the phone?

Yes, you may place orders over the phone as well as Whatsapp – 99628 00901. For a better experience, however we encourage that you shop online to be sure you get the product you need. A minimum cart value of Rs. 200 is required to be eligible for door delivery.

Do you accept bulk orders?

We do accept bulk orders on certain items, provided the order is placed 7 days in advance. This is to ensure that we can source and ship the required quantity without any last minute cancellation. However, in special cases we do accept bulk orders on shorter notice, but you must contact our store directly. In the case of bulk booking, Cash/Card on Delivery options are not available.

You sell herbal medicinal products. Are they medicinal supplements or can they be used to treat specific medical conditions?

We encourage the use of Herbal, Organic and Ayurvedic products and those available in our store are of the best quality. However, the Herbal/Organic/Ayurvedic products that we sell are meant to be supplements and not cures. Please consult a physician to understand your medical condition better (if you have one) and avail of suitable medicines.

Do you have special concessions for Registered Members?

Registered Members can avail of seasonal Loyalty Discounts as and when applicable. Members will be notified of such discounts via an email or an SMS to their registered mobile phone number.
